ungoverned ai only knows what everyone knows

Your commercial truth,
put to work

Point AI at your go-to-market and you get the same work your competitors get. Your company knows who really buys and why they choose you. I make AI run on that knowledge, so that content, leads, and intelligence it produces are unmistakably yours.

Content · Leads · Intelligence · One foundation

By hand, you can't keep up.
But with AI, you can't stand out.

Both dead ends have the same root. What makes your company worth buying from has never been written down, so no tool and no hire can carry it for you.

Here is how the trap looks from where you sit.

The founder

Every handoff loses what makes you worth buying from, so you still carry it all

The sales lead

Every list is padded with bad fits, discovered one wasted call at a time

The marketing lead

Your AI output reads like everyone else's, re-edited by your senior people

Behind all three sits the same missing piece. Your commercial truth, still unwritten.

So nothing you buy or delegate can tell your story, spot your buyer, or hold your standards. The fix isn't a better tool. It's writing your truth down and making AI follow it.

I know the bind. You are told to do more with AI, but everything AI produces on its own fails your bar. Meanwhile the knowledge that wins your deals sits unused, in records no one mines and in heads that don't scale.

For years I wrote production code at Google. Writing strategy an AI must follow takes that same muscle, every instruction exact, every piece consistent with the whole. The material changed, the muscle didn't.

What you know, made into rules AI must follow

I turn it into the strategy that governs everything AI does for your go-to-market, kept current as your business moves.

02 · THE FOUNDATION

Your truth, written as rules. Checked before anything is produced, not in review after.

03 · OUTPUT

Work you can ship. A content library, a lead batch, buyer intelligence, a workflow. Yours.

One foundation, two ways to run it

Done for youWhen you need the work delivered

I produce the assets

Content built from real customer needs, concerns, and expectations. Lead batches with the reasoning attached to every name. Buyer and market intelligence your sales team uses as is. Delivered work, not tool subscriptions.

Done by youWhen you already produce with AI

I produce the AI rules

Your truth becomes rules your team's AI must follow, built into the tools they already use, so everything they make stays on-strategy and on-brand as volume grows. I keep those rules tuned as your business and the models change.

And they mix. Some work delivered, some run by your team, the same foundation underneath both.

AI-native go-to-market, without the rebuild

Becoming AI-native usually means rebuilding, new hires, new tools, a year of change management. This is the other door. Your company as it stands, and the capability arrives already built.

A full content library in a field I had never worked in

1,000 anonymized sales call transcripts and 400 reviews, turned into more than 360 pages of differentiated content in about five weeks. Their experts found only 8 things to correct, because the facts were fixed before production, not caught in review after.

Commercial truth at work, measured on the exact agent that built this library

Same agent, same 50 marketing tasks, run once governed by the brokerage's commercial truth and once without it. Nearly 3,000 outputs, scored blind by a neutral AI evaluator. The gap between the two runs is commercial truth at work.

Qualified is a hard bar here. The GP personally reviews every profile against the fund's thesis, and only the ones worth reaching out to make the count. Every lead arrives with its reasoning attached.

This engine began with only the GP's descriptions and a few example profiles. Every accept and reject moved more of their judgment into the targeting rules, so each batch cleared review at a higher rate than the last. The climb is commercial truth accumulating.

The questions everyone asks

Why not the AI tools we already pay for?

Tools produce the same thing for you as for your competitors, because they only know what everyone knows. Content that speaks to real customer concerns, leads reasoned from who you actually win with, intelligence that captures what your best people know. The raw material sits in your company, not in the model.

Why not an agency or freelancers?

They apply strategy by hand, so consistency decays as volume grows, however good the hands. And when no one inside owns the strategy, agency output lands generic and dies. I encode the strategy so it is enforced on every output, and it lives as an explicit artifact you own, not in a vendor's head.

Why not hire someone for this?

If you can make that hire, make it, and honestly you don't need me. Most companies can't right now. The people who can build this are being hired by AI companies, and senior searches run months. I deliver the working output now, without the seat, and the foundation is yours permanently. A person's judgment walks out with them, the foundation stays.

Why not a fractional or interim executive?

A fractional sells management time by the month, at roughly the price of this entire pilot, and the judgment leaves when the engagement ends. I sell finished output and the foundation under it, permanent and compounding rather than rented by the month.

Is this for us?

It is if you sell a considered purchase and already know who buys and why you win, whether that knowledge sits in recorded data or in your experts' heads. The usual faces are a founder still running marketing alone, a fund raising or deploying capital, a senior GTM seat sitting unfilled, or a team already using AI messily.

It isn't if you're still searching for what works. There is nothing to codify yet, and I'll say so on the first call.

What do you need from us?

For lead sourcing, a conversation about who you're looking for and a handful of example profiles. For content and intelligence, recorded customer interactions unlock the deeper work, and where a corpus doesn't exist, structured interviews I record create it inside the engagement. What you can share decides where we start.

What's yours and what's mine afterward?

You keep everything outright. The outputs, the foundation, and the documentation to read both. The one exception is engines with feedback loops, which stay operated by me, because the operating is what keeps them getting better.

Do you run our outreach or campaigns?

No. Sourcing and qualification only, the courtship is yours. Distribution, paid media, and campaign operation stay with you or with the agency you already trust. If success depends on operator craft I don't have, I say so on the first call and scope around it.

AI-native go-to-market,

unmistakably yours

The content, the leads, the intelligence, and the workflows all tell one story, because they all run on what your company actually knows. And the root stays yours, permanently.
